By way of introduction:

I was raised in rural Nebraska, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology from the University of Northern Colorado, and am married and the mother of three grown daughters. Until 1997, my career revolved around the older population: including starting a senior center and managing an independent living retirement residence.

This piqued my interest in the health conditions that affect people as they age.  When I entered the field of insurance ten years ago, it was only natural that I eventually become an Impaired Risk Specialist.
 

I have been responding to online requests since January of 2001.
